House Policies

BOOKINGS All bookings must be made in advance via the studio’s approved booking system, email, or phone. Any additional time required beyond the booked session will be charged at the studio’s standard hourly rate and is subject to availability. The client is responsible for arriving on time. Late arrival does not extend the booked session time. PAYMENTS Payment will be required in full at the time of booking unless previously discussed with the studio. The studio reserves the right to cancel bookings that remain unpaid. CANCELLATION & LATE ARRIVAL POLICY Please arrive on time for your session to ensure you receive your full rehearsal time. • Sessions start and end at the scheduled booking time. Late arrivals do not extend the session. • If you arrive late, your session will still finish at the originally scheduled end time. • If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, the studio reserves the right to treat the booking as a no-show and release the room. • If you know you will be late, please contact the studio as soon as possible. CANCELLATIONS To keep rehearsal rooms available for everyone, we require advance notice for cancellations. 48+ hours before your booking: Sessions cancelled within 48 hours are non-refundable. No-shows Failure to attend your booking without notice will result in the full session fee being charged. Important Please ensure all band members are available before booking. Time slots are reserved exclusively for you and cannot be filled at short notice. Studio Cancellations If the studio must cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. SETUP AND PACK DOWN Your booking time includes setup and pack down, so please allow time at the end of your session to leave the room ready for the next STUDIO EQUIPMENT & FACILITIES Please treat all equipment and studio spaces with care. Clients may be charged for any damage caused during their session. PERSONAL EQUIPMENT & LIABILITY The studio is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal equipment brought into the studio. The studio’s liability for any claim will not exceed the value of the booked session. CONDUCT Respect staff, other clients, and the studio environment. The studio reserves the right to end a session without refund if behaviour is unsafe or inappropriate.
